Pulmonary Hypertension

Many of you may have heard of Pulmonary Hypertension, chances are the majority have not. Unless handed down genetically, it is an average of 18 months before those with the disease are diagnosed and by that time it has well advanced through its stages. In my own case it was approximately 29 months and had advanced to the beginning of the end stage. It is a rare disease and although advances have been made in recent years in treatment and medicines, slowing down its progression, there still is no cure. My hopes are that someone who reads and learns about it here can save themselves or someone they care about from going through what I have.
