Ann M. Foderaro, 87, a resident of San Antonio, formerly of Dunmore and Scranton, died late Saturday evening. She was the widow of Edward J. Foderaro, who died June 17, 1993. They had been married 50 years at the time of his death.
Born in Scranton, daughter of the late Martin and Margaret Burke Wynn, she attended St. John's Catholic School, South Scranton, and Scranton Technical High School. She was a former active member of Christ the King Church, Dunmore, and a member and president of the Altar and Rosary Society.
She worked at Consolidated Molded products before starting her family and becoming a dedicated homemaker. After her children were grown she was employed by Riesman's Bookstore, Scranton, before her retirement. She moved to San Antonio after the death of her husband to be closer to her children.
Surviving are two sons, Jim Foderaro and wife Betsy Dippo, San Antonio, and Bob Foderaro and friend Joe Lacomy, all of San Antonio; a daughter, Mirisa Kintaro, Anchorage, Alaska; a brother, Kenneth and wife Jan Wynn, Stratford, Conn.; five grandchildren, Jillian Arnold, Brian Foderaro, Matthew Dippo, Melissa Dippo and Brooke Dippo-Foderaro, all of San Antonio; a great-grandson, Jakob Arnold, San Antonio; two brothers-in-law, Tony and wife Rita Foderaro, State College, and Fred Bauer, Silver Spring, Md.; four sisters-in-law, Joan Wynn, Scranton; Estelle Wynn, Willingboro, N.J.; and Lillian Botke and Rita Wozieski, both of Newport; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Marie Bauer, and two brothers, Donald and Edward Wynn.
The funeral will be Saturday at 9:30 a.m. from the Miller Bean Funeral Home Inc., 436 Cedar Ave., with Mass at 10 in St. John the Evangelist Church, 516 Fig St. Interment, Cathedral Cemetery.
