
Eloise B. Biesecker

Eloise B. Biesecker, 80, a resident of Madison Township, died late Thursday evening at Mercy Hospital after an illness. She and her husband, Ira Biesecker, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary Jan. 30.
Born in Gouldsboro, daughter of the late Charles and Anna Bryson Keesler, she was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Gouldsboro. Prior to retirement, she was employed by the Career Technology Center of Lackawanna County as a secretary in the nursing department.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Also surviving are a son, Gregory Biesecker, Orlando, Fla.; a daughter, Tina Szczech, Old Forge; two sisters, Elizabeth Miller, Stroudsburg, and Margaret Smith, Yardley; a brother, Gary Keesler, Gouldsboro; three grandchildren, Heather and Kacie Szczech, both of Old Forge, and Amber Biesecker, Orlando; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Gene and William Keesler. An additional brother, John Keesler, died Saturday.
The funeral will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Miller Bean Funeral Home Inc., 436 Cedar Ave., with services by the Rev. Tom Neuviller, pastor, Grace Lutheran Church, Gouldsboro. Interment, Fairview Memorial Park, Elmhurst
