Rudolph Maleninsky Jr., 79, a longtime resident of Taylor, died Tuesday evening after a brief illness. He and his wife, the former Marie C. Tuthill, celebrated their 51st wedding anniversary July 18.
Born in Scranton, son of the late Rudolph and Susan Kraynak Maleninsky Sr., he was a 1943 graduate of Scranton Technical High School and attended the Hickory Street Presbyterian Church. He worked as a printer for Haddon Craftsmen and, prior to retirement, was employed by Vail Ballon Press, Binghamton, N.Y.
Also surviving are two sons, Rudolph III, Willow Grove, and Robert, Scranton; three sisters, Emma Maleninsky, Ridley Park; Susan Chapman, Easton, Md.; and Alice Bulger, Clarks Summit; a grandson, Curtis Maleninsky; two nieces and five nephews.
The funeral will be Friday at 11 a.m. in the Miller Bean Funeral Home Inc., 436 Cedar Ave., with services by the Rev. Tom H. Collins, pastor, Hickory Street Presbyterian Church. Interment, Dunmore Cemetery, Dunmore.
