Robert P. D’Agostino, 51, a resident of Conklin, NY, died Wednesday in the Binghamton General Hospital, after an illness.
He was born and raised in Scranton, the son of Evelyn
Schommer D’Agostino, Scranton and the late Americo “Rex” D’Agostino. He was a
graduate of Scranton Technical High School and was employed as a hotel manager
and bartender.
He was a loving son, father, brother and grandfather who will
be missed by his family and friends. He was an avid fisherman, hunter and
collector of antiques.
Also surviving are 2 sons, Rodney and his wife Laura,
Scranton, Michael, Scranton; 2 brothers, Nicholas and his wife Wendy, Moscow,
Joseph and his wife Debra, Scranton; a sister, Rosemary Eavarone, and her
husband Anthony, Scranton; a granddaughter, Keira, Scranton; aunts, nieces,
nephews and cousins.
Funeral services and interment in Fairview Memorial Park,
Elmhurst, will be private at the convenience of the family.
Public calling hours will be held Friday 7 to 9 p.m. in the
Miller Bean Funeral Home, Inc., 436 Cedar Avenue.
