Stanley J. “Butch” Kizer, 50, a resident of Scranton died unexpectedly Monday afternoon at home.
He was born in Scranton the son of John and Alberta Heater
Kizer, Scranton. He had been employed by Marywood College in the Maintenance
department.
He was a wonderful son, brother and best friend who will be
missed by all. He enjoyed going to Tai Chi Classes, was an avid hunter and
NASCAR fan.
Also surviving are two daughters; Stacey Costello, Archbald,
Sandra Kizer, Bell Mountain; a son, Eric Kizer, Bell Mountain; a sister Barbara
Tucker, Scranton and a brother, John Kizer, Jr., Ledgedale; 2 grandchildren,
Kayla and Michael Costello, Archbald; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and
nephews.
The funeral will be Friday at 9:30 a.m. in the Miller Bean
Funeral Home, Inc. 436 Cedar Ave. with services by Rev. Arthur W. Davis, Pastor
of the First Congregational Church of Christ, Taylor. Interment Fairview Memorial
Park, Elmhurst.
Friends may call Thursday 6 to 9 p.m. and Friday 8:30 until
the time of services.
