Elizabeth A. Bird

Elizabeth A. Bird, 85, a resident of Cincinnati, OH, formerly of Scranton, died
Thursday evening in the Burlington House, Cincinnati, OH.. She was the widow of
Harold E. “Jimmy” Bird who died July 12, 1948.
She was born in Scranton, the daughter of the late Henry and
Naomi Clark Borthwick. A member of Hickory Street Presbyterian Church and a
Graduate of Central High School.
Surviving is a daughter, Ellen L. Nagel and her Husband
Thomas, Cincinnati, OH; a sister Elma Hughes, DeLand, FL; 2 grandsons Tom Nagel,
Cincinnati, OH and Bill Nagel Sacramento, CA; nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be Tuesday with services at 10:30 a.m. in
the Miller Bean Funeral Home, Inc., 436 Cedar Avenue, with Services by the Rev.
Tom H. Collins, pastor of the Hickory Street Presbyterian Church, and her cousin
Rev. Carolyn A. Clark, Pastor of Shoemaker Memorial United Methodist Church,
West Wyoming. Interment, Moscow Cemetery, Moscow.
