He was born in Scranton, the son of William S. Price III, Jermyn and Cheryl Palmiter Petroski, Scranton. He attended Scranton Technical High School, was a member of the Scranton Pool League and J & R Amusement Dart League. He was employed by Straka Construction, Peckville.

    Also surviving, a stepmother, Ann Brieden Price, Jermyn; three sons, William S. Price, V, Justin Reynolds and John Coleman all of Scranton; four daughters, Khrystia Price, C’Jie Price, Tiffany Price and Jessica Reynolds all of Scranton; four brothers, Jeffrey S. Price and his wife Lisa, Jermyn, David W. Price and his wife Christine, Jermyn, Jonathan B. Price, Fort Knox, KT and John W. Smith, Jr., and his wife Tina, Scranton; two sisters, Tonya Gonzalez and her husband Tita, Scranton and Kim Smith, Scranton; paternal grandmother, Hazel Church Price, Scranton; mother in law, Lynn Sipe, Taylor; father in law, Wilfred Wharton, Scranton; aunts, uncles, a niece, nephews and cousins.

    He was preceded in death by a daughter, Amanda Price; maternal grandparents, Robert and Louise Miller Palmiter; paternal grandfather, William S. Price, Jr. and step father John Wayne Smith, Sr.

    The funeral will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the Miller Bean Funeral Home, Inc., 436 Cedar Avenue, with Services by the Rev. Tom H. Collins, pastor of Hickory Street Presbyterian Church. Interment Abington Hills Cemetery, South Abington Township.
