He was born in Scranton, the son of Mary Becchetti Nesi Krugman, California and the late John Farina. He was a veteran of World War II serving in the US Navy. Prior to retirement he was a cook at Chicks Diner in Scranton.

    Also surviving is a stepbrother, Dr. Daniel A. Nesi, Doylestown; a grandson, nieces and nephews.

    He was preceded in death by a son Greg.

    The Funeral and Interment in Fairview Memorial Park, Elmhurst will be held private at the convenience of the family. There will be no public calling hours.
