Georganne Diehl, 61, a resident of Scranton, formerly of the White Haven Center, died peacefully Thursday morning, at home.
She was born in Scranton, the daughter of the late George and Beulah Mae Diehl.
She was a special person who was loved by all. She loved to shop and eat hoagies.
Surviving are a sister, Betty Langan and her husband Saul, Scranton; two brothers, William Diehl and his wife Cheryl, Carneys Point, NJ, Kevin Pittack and his wife Ann, Jermyn; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother Charles Diehl.
Cremation took place at the Maple Hill Crematory, Hanover Township. A memorial service will be Saturday, June 3, at 10 a.m. in the Fairview Memorial Park Chapel, Route 435, Elmhurst. Conducted by the Rev. Arthur W. Davis, Pastor of the First Congregational Church of Christ, Taylor. Inurnment, Fairview Memorial Park, Elmhurst.
