She was born December 28, 1914, in Dickson City, the daughter of the late Adam and Lottie Novak Anzulewicz . She was educated in Dickson City public schools.

    Surviving are a daughter, Josephine A. Dowse and her husband George, Clarks Summit; a son, Edward C. Armbrust and his wife Marilyn, Endicott, NY; two grandchildren, George Dowse, Edison, NJ, and Sue Armbrust, Endicott, NY; one great grandson.

    She was preceded in death by two sons, Robert Fred Armbrust and Chester "Benny" Armbrust; several brothers and sisters.

    The funeral will be Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Miller Bean Funeral Home, Inc., 436 Cedar Avenue, with Services by the Rev. William A. Mierop, pastor of the Jackson Street Baptist Church. Interment Shady Lane Cemetery, South Abington Township.
