Also surviving are two daughters, Kimberlee Butler and her husband Mark, Scranton, Tracy Marcks and her husband Tim, Scranton; three grandchildren Casey Marcks, Connor Marcks and Kaylee Butler; two sisters, Dr. Barbara Hoover and her husband Dr. David Hoover and their daughter Cindy, Rockville, MD, Marcia Bertram and her children Brian and Marissa, all of Meshoppen; a sister in law, Jean Puhl; a brother in law, Wayne Puhl and their children Jill and Jack all of Scranton; extended family Richard and Diane Rutkowski, Scranton.

The family wants to thank the nurses JoAnne, Jeanne, Dorothy, Debbie, Theresa and social worker Jill for their special care and compassion.

A Memorial Mass will be held Tuesday, March 25 at 11 am in St. Mary’s of the Assumption Church, 430 River Street, Scranton.

The family will greet friends from 10 am until 11 am in the church.
