He was born in Scranton, the son of Sally L. Bell Bahr, Clarks Summit and the late William C. Bahr. He was affiliated with ARC of Northeastern PA, were he made many friends. He had a wonderful sense of humor and enjoyed the company of all he met.

Also surviving are a sister, Lynda A. Bahr, San Gregorio, CA; a brother, Jeffrey W. Bahr, Scranton.

The funeral will be Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. in the Miller Bean Funeral Home, Inc., 436 Cedar Avenue, with services by the Reverend Tom H. Collins, pastor of the Hickory Street Presbyterian Church. Interment, Nicholson Cemetery, Nicholson Township.
