Thomas P. “Bud” Kilcullen, III,
87, died Tuesday afternoon in St. Mary’s Villa Nursing home, Moscow where he was
a resident for the past four years.
He was a former resident of Dunmore.
He was born in Charleroi, PA, the
son of the late Thomas P. and Helen Dueppre Kilcullen. He was educated in the
Scranton Public Schools and was a charter member of the Corvette Club of
Northeastern PA. Prior to retirement he
was an interior designer and window display man.
The family would like to thank
Father Menghini, nurses, aides, Diakon Hospice St. John and the entire staff of
St. Mary’s Villa Nursing home for the compassionate care give to Bud these last
four years.
He is survived by a son, Thomas
P. Kilcullen IV and his wife Jill, Iowa; two daughters, Jacqueline Salerno and
her husband Nick, Old Forge; Rachael Ferranti, Scranton; two sisters, Mary M.
Henshaw and her husband Edwin, Scranton, Helen D. Kilcullen, Scranton; seven
grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins, including his niece and caregiver
Barbara Ann Henshaw.
He was preceded in death by three
daughters, Cheryl Ann Kilcullen McNulty, Candace Ann Kilcullen and Tammy Lynn
Kilcullen.
The funeral will be Tuesday at 10
a.m. in the Nativity of Our Lord Church, 633 Orchard Street.
Friends may call on Tuesday from 9 to 10
a.m. in the church. Interment, St.
Catherine’s Cemetery, Covington Township.
