Raymond Brandon

Raymond Brandon, 77, a longtime resident of South Scranton, died early Monday
morning in the Hospice Inpatient Unit at Mercy Hospital after a brief illness.
He was born in Jackson Township the son of the late John D. and Anna Gutkowski
Brandon. He served with the US Air Force in the early 1950’s and was stationed
in Alaska.
Prior to retirement he had been employed by The Pennsylvania Department of
State.
Surviving is a brother Frank J. Brandon,
Clarks Summit.
The funeral will be Friday at 9:30 a.m. from the Miller Bean Funeral Home, Inc.,
436 Cedar Avenue, with Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Mary of the Assumption Church. 430
River Street. Interment, Cathedral Cemetery, Scranton.
