Eva Evans Furk

Eva Evans Furk, 73, a resident of Cochecton, New York, formerly of
Pennsylvania, died Sunday morning in the Kindred Hospital, Wilkes-Barre after a
lengthy illness. She and her husband Paul
Furk celebrated 23 years of marriage July 4th 2009.
She was born in Magdeburg, Germany.
She was an honorary member of the Stony Brook Hunting Club, Cochecton, NY
and prior to retirement she was self employed as an independent upholster.
Also surviving are five sons, John Frank Evans, Moscow, Michael Jeffrey
Evans, Lake Ariel, Mark Doster Evans, Honesdale, Todd James Evans, Scranton,
Frank James Evans and his wife Lisa, Beach Lake; two brothers, Clause and Horst
both of Germany; eleven grandchildren, one great granddaughter, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a son, Glenn Warren Evans; a daughter,
Claudia Moell.
There will be no public calling hours, Funeral services and interment
will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
