Sharon Gardner Bryant

Sharon Gardner Bryant, 49, a longtime resident of Scranton, died
Wednesday morning at home.
She was born and raised in the East Mountain section of Scranton, the
daughter of Frederick R. and Geraldine Smeltzer Gardner Jr., Scranton.
She was a graduate of Scranton Central
High School Class of 1978 and Lackawanna Junior College.
She was a member of the Waldorf Park
German American Federation and the Shuffle Board League at Waldorf Park.
Prior to her illness she was employed by UPS Supply Chain Solutions.
She was an avid golfer and bowler.
In addition to her parents she is survived by a son, Jason M. Bryant,
Scranton; two sisters, Marichris Gardner, Scranton, Karen Jones and her husband
Harold, Old Forge; a brother, Michael Gardner and his wife Lori, Scranton; a
niece Janelle Jones; a nephew Hayden Jones.
Funeral Services and the interment will be held privately at the
convenience of the family.
