Joseph S. Berberich

Joseph S. Berberich, 55, a lifelong resident of Scranton died Tuesday
morning in the Mercy Hospital emergency department shortly after arrival.
He was born in Scranton, the son of the late Charles J. and Alice Kuzara
Berberich. He was a graduate of Scranton
Technical High School and prior to his illness he was employed by Boscov’s
Department Store.
Surviving are two brothers, Charles Berberich and his wife Karen,
Scranton, Paul Berberich and his wife Lillian, Scranton, three sisters,
Elizabeth Reyrat Peckville, Beverly Worlinsky and her husband Ben, Dickson City,
Carol Hansen and her husband Harry, Moosic; nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by three sisters, Margaret Ann Berberich, Mary
Alice Geiger and Barbara J. Paone.
