Donald C. Ziegler, 86, a resident of Scranton, formerly of Roaring Brook
Township died Wednesday evening in the VNA Inpatient Hospice Unit at Community
Medical Center after a short admission.
He was the widow of Eleanor B. Anuskwicz who died November 13, 1993.
He was born Scranton, the son of the late Charles and Lucy Zimmerman
Ziegler. He was a member of the
Hickory Street Presbyterian Church and served his country with the United States
Army during World War II. Prior to
retirement he was self employed as carpenter.
The funeral will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the Miller Bean Funeral
Home, Inc., 436 Cedar Avenue, with services by the Reverend Tom H. Collins,
pastor of the Hickory Street Presbyterian Church.
Entombment will follow in Fairview Memorial Park, Elmhurst.
