Larry J. Santoli, 70, a
resident of Salem Township, formerly of Scranton, died Wednesday at home.
He and his wife the former Barbara A.
Davis celebrated their 42nd wedding anniversary on May 10th.
He was born in Scranton the
son of the late Salvatore and Louise Pascucci Santoli.
He was a graduate of Scranton Technical
High School and served in the United States Army National Guard of Pennsylvania
during the Vietnam War. Prior to
retirement he was employed as a draftsman for Wyoming Valley Drafting.
He was a loving husband,
father, grandfather, uncle, cousin and friend who will be missed dearly.
He lit up a room with his sense of humor; his family meant the world to
him. He was an avid bowler and
enjoyed trips to the casinos.
Also surviving are a son, David L.
Santoli and his wife Keira, Lafayette Hill; a daughter Linda K. Rademaker and
her husband Jarrett, Flourtown; three grandchildren, Jordan, Benjamin and Jakob;
two brothers, Anthony Santoli, Scranton, Salvatore Santoli, Honesdale; a sister,
Angela Drasba, Scranton, nieces, nephews and cousins.
The funeral services will
be Saturday at 3 p.m. in the Miller Bean funeral Home, Inc., 436 Cedar Avenue,
with services by the Reverend Earl O. Cassel, pastor of the United Baptist Church
of Scranton. Interment will be private at
the convenience of the family.
