If you are
interested in finding out information about loved ones with which Miller Bean
Funeral Home, Inc. has handled the services, please feel free to fill out the
form and mail it to us and we
will try to assist you in obtaining the information you need.** Our records
begin in 1870 and continue to the present although some of the early ones are
very incomplete. The records contain information which pertains to date of
death, place of death, funeral service location, date of funeral and cemetery
location.
In order to access this
information, we must have your name, your relationship to the deceased, your
e-mail address and the year in which the person passed away.

**Requests
will be answered in the order in which they are received and will be obtained in
as timely a manner as possible. Due to the time it takes looking things up
and cross referencing, requests are currently taking approximately
three to six months
to complete.
